Social networking at schools, not a bad move

Nacogdoches, TX — As technology increases and Internet access is available on everything from a computer to a smart tablet like an iPad and even on cell phones, it’s important that schools keep up with the technology and make a niche for themselves on the social networking sites.

“We’re definitely looking as a district, how we can use technology more to assist our students,” NISD spokeswoman Marty Prince said. “Technology and social networking and these kinds of things are becoming more prevalent.”
