The Longview News Journal reports that police arrested three men early this morning after railroad employees told officers they saw the suspects loading equipment into a vehicle.
Michael Wayne Marlitt, 35, and Jarred Bakarr Holland, 21, both of Kilgore and William Randall Brunson, 21, of Longview were arrested on theft and other charges, according to a Longview Police Department news release.
Railroad workers saw the suspects at about 2 a.m. in the 1000 block of East Whaley Street. When the three men saw the employees, they got into a gold Jeep Cherokee and fled.
