The Longview News Journal reports that Upshur County's courthouse reopened this morning as Gilmer police follow leads after a person made a bomb threat on the building Monday.
No arrests have been made, Chief James Grunden said. Gilmer police and Upshur County Sheriff's Department are working on the investigation.
