JACKSONVILLE - Some East Texans are without care and without their medications after one clinic shuts it's doors unexpectedly.
The owners of the clinic tells KETK, Physicians at Home, a Tyler based company was working out of the Stripling Clinic in Jacksonville.
Patients tell KETK last month when they called the clinic they would listen to a recording that the facility had an emergency shutdown.
We tried to contact the owner of physicians at home, who never returned our calls.
One former patient tells KETK the whole issue has left him, a little frustrated.
"It's like they didn't care all they wanted was the money. You can't tell me they didn't know that they were closing."
By the way owner of the clinic says she had no idea the manager was going to pack up and leave.
She says they've already found another doctor for the many patients the clinic had and it should be reopened March 26th.
