The last few years billionaire Warren Buffett, the man called the oracle of Omaha because he was so good with money, has looked into something he really likes.
A TV camera.
Buffett, once a man we didn't know that much about, has enjoyed his newly-found fame of being a celebrity.
Just a month ago he was seen on all the business channels wearing a Hawaiian shirt and playing the ukelale.
This is a long way from the stern, cheap suit-wearing investor celebrated in financial circles.
Buffett's newest trist with celebrity is asking the president raise his taxes.
Making a big deal that his administrative assistant was in a higher tax bracket that he was never explaining the reason why that is.
But, he fell right in with the main stream media who made a big deal out of he was not taxed enough.
Well, it came out last week his beloved federal government is now suing him.
Come to find out, his company Berkshire Hathaway owns NetJets , a private aviation company,
Looks like Mr. raise my taxes hasn't being paying his taxes for NetJets.
NetJets Inc. was countersued by the U.S. For $366 million in taxes and penalties.
NetJets in November sued the U.S., saying the federal government had wrongly imposed taxes, interest and penalties totaling more than $642.7 million.
How bout them apples?
Warren plays a dottering old guy on TV.
A man wanting you to pay more taxes and he's not even paying his.
Shame.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
