Should people on the government dole without a high school diploma get benefits?
Tyler — A new national report shows 1 in 4 of students fail to graduate high school. Texas is about par with the rest of the states in that research.
A direct correlation: the majority of those receiving government assistance have no high school diploma. East Texans talk-back on whether drop-outs should get any mailbox money.
