Two Daingerfield volunteer firefighters remain hospitalized Tuesday morning after a carport collapsed as they battled a structure fire Wednesday northeast of the town, injuring them and two others.
The firefighters responded at about 8:45 p.m. to a structure fire on CR 4107, according to Fire Chief Jimmy Cornelius.
The four men were transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview.
