Plans are on the table for a $5.4 million bond election for the Daingerfield-Lone Star Independent School District. At the March 18 board of trustees meeting, information about the election was presented by Superintendent Sandra Quarles.
Election Day is May 12. Early voting begins April 30 and continues through May 8 at the administration building. The polling place for Districts 1,2,3, and 4 is the administration building and the polling place for District 5 is the Lone Star Volunteer Fire Department. This is a Qualified School Construction Bond.
