The child sex abuse trial involving former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is expected to begin two months from today.
The routine pre-trial hearing to discuss motions about evidence lasted all of 20 minutes with Sandusky's attorney backing down from a motion he filed in March asking the judge to drop all charges against the former assistant football coach.
But defense attorney's claim prosecutors are still holding back information and may request the trial, already pushed back once, to be delayed again.
Sandusky faces 52 child sex abuse charges involving 10 alleged victims dating back more than a decade.
Sandusky's defense team says they are still missing key information about his accusers.
Prosecutors expressed their own frustration saying they have provided as much information they can due to the ongoing investigation and accused the defense of using delay tactics.
