tyler — According to Tyler Fire officials, the fire has now been completely extinguished.
The fire started in the truck while the driver was eating lunch inside Burger King. The driver had just made a delivery of concession food to the Carmike, and then went to the restaurant. At about 1:15, Burger King employees noticed the truck was on fire and tried to put the flames out with a fire extinguisher, but the fire was too large.
The Tyler Fire Department eventually used foam to put the fire out.
No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
