Kaspar talked about the John Tyler grad.

"He does a good job. He wouldn't be there if he didn't do a good job because Coach Rush wouldn't have him on his staff. I'm not going to endorse that he's the guy we need to put in there. I'm going to look at all applicants and go from there.  If those coaches need be promoted from within on this deal, that's what we'll do. If it's better for us to go outside, that's what we'll do. We're going to do what's best for the kids."
