A Florida judge has granted bail for George Zimmerman.
Zimmerman's bail was set at $150,000.
He faces second-degree murder charges for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
Conditions for his bond include no weapons, alcohol or drugs.
Zimmerman will have a curfew and be required to wear a GPS tracking device.
He will not be released today.
Before the judge granted jail, Zimmerman took the stand and apologized to Martin's parents.
"I wanted to say that I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was. I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. And I did not know whether he was armed or not," Zimmerman said.
Martin's parents left the courtroom without comment after the hearing, but their attorney did make a brief statement about the upcoming trial.
"Tracy Martin had tears in his eyes when he watched the killer of his son and it was devastating that he was able to give a self serving apology to help him get a bond," Benjamin Crump said.
