An East Texan has made history.
Former Carthage Bulldog Philip Humber, now a pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, threw a perfect game against the Seattle Mariners Saturday afternoon.
It's only 21st in MLB history.
Humber needed only 96 pitches for his 27 outs.
He struck out nine Mariners, en route to a 4-0 Chicago victory.
