Burglars target boutique in Kilgore; still on the loose

The Kilgore Police Department is looking for information in regards to the burglary of the Crystal Spur Boutique located downtown on Kilgore Street.

Police say, sometime during the early morning hours Monday, unknown person(s) used a small weight to break a front window of the business and steal a mannequin out of the window.
