The Kilgore College Small Business Development Center will host two hands-on QuickBooks courses for small business owners and managers—levels I and II.
Level I is set for Monday through Thursday, May 21-24, and Level II will be held Monday through Thursday, June 25-28.
Both courses will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at KC—Longview’s Hendrix building, Room 105, 300 S. High Street in Longview.
Attendees will learn QuickBooks 2011 by Intuit as an example of computerized bookkeeping systems.
The instructor or both courses will be Jason Cooner, certified public accountant with Cooner and Cooner, P.C.
Basic accounting principles and familiarity with computers and Windows are necessary for both courses.
Seating is limited to 30 students per course. Fee is $159 for each course which includes all course material.
