Good Shepherd emergency facility opens in Kilgore

Kilgore — Good Shepherd Emergency Center in Kilgore opened Monday.

It was originally scheduled to open in late March but that was postponed while Good Shepherd officials awaited state regulatory approval, a hospital spokesperson said.
