Errors on Voter Registration Cards in Upshur County

GILMER — Upshur County residents should check their new voter registration cards for the accuracy of information on them since a handful of the cards have been found to contain errors, said Pam Dean, deputy voter registrar in the Upshur County Tax Assessor-Collector’s Office.

Some 12-15 persons have reported inaccuracies on their new cards, including seven South Diana residents who complained that they were listed as being in county commissioner precinct 2 when they are actually in precinct 1, she said.
