Restaurant's owners file for Chapter 7
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Vargo's Restaurant, a Houston institution that hosted weddings, prom night dinners and Mother's Day brunches for more than four decades, has closed.
After filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in November, the restaurant's ownership, TTC Plaza Ltd., filed for Chapter 7 liquidation last month.
