An estimated 61,500 people weren't counted in Harris County
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; The Census Bureau announced Tuesday it came within 36,000 people of a perfect count for the national 2010 Census.
But almost twice as many people were missed in Harris County - an estimated 61,500 people weren't counted here, according to census estimates.
