Tyler — Want to gain a competitive edge in your career? If so, we have the class for you! Back by popular demand, Beginner Conversational Spanish classes will be held June 12 to July 3 and July 10 through 31 at the Glass Recreation Center located at 501 W. 32nd St.
The classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. and the cost for the four week course is $35.
“At the Glass Recreation Center we believe it’s important to exercise both your body and mind,” said Debbie Isham, Parks Department Recreation supervisor. “We strive to incorporate both physical workouts along with language classes.”
The instructor will teach Spanish incorporating a conversational approach, using everyday situations. The class will focus on teaching students the basic essentials of Spanish conversation, including lectures, class participation, handouts, field trips and more.
