New figures don't include the $29.9 million the county still owes on the 47-year-old building
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; the chairman of the Harris County Sports & Convention Corp. said his group will return to the drawing board on a half-billion-dollar proposal to renovate the Astrodome and replace Reliant Arena, with an eye to combining the two projects.
