London — Residents of a London Apartment tower addressed the court today regarding the British Military placing a surface-to-air missile site on their rooftop.
Opponents of the move posit the unprecedented deployment could make their building a militant target.
The British Military will deploy surface-to-air missiles at six sites around London, ensuring the security measures for this month’s Olympics. The Ministry of Defense is taking every precaution, for Britain’s militant threat remains at substantial, meaning an attack is a strong possibility.
David Enright, Lawyer for the apartment tower commented, “The facts are simple. The Ministry of Defense wants to put missiles on people’s roofs without any consultation. However, what’s really at play here is the right to live freely in a free society.”
