Lufkin, Tx — A man is behind bars after injuring a child when he broke out the window of a woman's car Wednesday morning.
According to the Lufkin Police Department, around 12:23 a.m., Patrick Darnell Green ignored a protective order and attacked a woman in her house on the 100 block of Kirksey Drive.
After assaulting the woman, Green broke out a window to the woman's car near a child. Glass shards flew from the window and cut the child.
Following his arrest, Green also kicked out the back window of a Lufkin patrol car.
Green is charged with two count of violating a protective order, two counts of criminal mischief, injury to a child, bodily injury to a family member, resisting arrest and several other minor offenses. His bonds total $41,554.
