Houston housing market strengthens

For second straight month; median price of a house hits all-time high

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; For the second straight month in Houston - where real estate has long been touted as a bargain - the median price of a house hit an all-time high, a new report shows.

"When I first started in the business, property in the $300,000 range would have been a good sale. Today that's a starter home," said Ed Wolff, president of Beth Wolff Realtors.
