Only about a third of the money needed to raise ship on hand
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; With only about a third of the money they need for repair and dry-berth display of the leaky USS Texas, state officials Thursday said they are turning to a cheaper Plan B: patching the century-old dreadnought and leaving it in the water at its San Jacinto Battleground mooring.
