Oncor: Additional resources coming to aid East Texas customers

Lufkin, TX — Oncor has brought extra resources to the Lufkin and Jacksonville areas after an isolated thunderstorm caused widespread damage in several East Texas neighborhoods on Saturday night.

Restorations to all homes that can receive power are expected to be complete by midday on Monday, July 23. Customers are asked to make plans to safely await restoration. Oncor also asks that all customers call (888) 313-4747 to report outages, and click stormcenter.oncor.com for weather and restoration updates. Please be careful of downed power lines and call 911 immediately if you spot a downed line.
