Lufkin, Tx — A Lufkin man managed to get arrested for public intoxication twice almost 12 hours apart exactly Wednesday.
According to Lufkin Police Department records, at 8:29 p.m., people reported a drunk man had damaged two vehicles in a convenience store parking lot on the 1000 block of S. Medford Drive.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested 38-year-old Kevin Summers. Just 12 hours before at 8:28 a.m., police had arrested Summers for public intoxication in the 2900 block of S. John Redditt Drive.
Summers was also charged with criminal mischief and again booked into the Angelina County Jail. His bond was set at $500.
