Lufkin ,Tx — Lufkin is not necessarily known as an oilfield town. But if Angelina Tank and Manufacturing Plant Manager Jerry Golden has his way, Lufkin could become an established oilfield town soon.
“I was skeptical coming down,” Golden said about vising Lufkin while searching for a place for his new company. “It’s not where I was looking to go when we started this project. It was mainly the response we got from the city. The city really worked with us. The local contractors that we used worked with us really well. They modified this building in a very timely manner, because we had a lot of work to do, and they did a good job.”
