GLADEWATER — Some city water customers in the Gladewater area may be experiencing a temporary change in their water.
The City of Gladewater water department tells KETK, over the past few days the city has been doing a routine "flush" of their system.
The flush can sometimes stir up dirt in the water, which causes it to darken.
The department has received several calls from worried customers.
They say there is no reason for concern, and the water is still safe to drink.
An exact time frame for the flushing was not immediately available.
