NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX — One Nacogdoches County commissioner says he understands the county’s budget needs to be cut to cover a $2 million revenue shortfall, but believes law enforcement is not the place to do it.
During the commissioners court meeting Tuesday morning, Commissioner Elton Milstead let his views be known.
