Board of regents approves $85 million finance package to cover phase one
Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; plans for the University of Houston's new on-campus football stadium cleared another hurdle Wednesday when the school's board of regents approved an $85 million finance package to cover phase one of the project.
