Phillips says transportation funds are drying up

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; State Rep. Larry Phillips, and chairman of the House Transportation Committee, stopped at Crown Colony Country Club in Lufkin on Wednesday afternoon to warn community leaders of a potential transportation crisis.
