Ralph "Plexin Texan" Garcia Jr. arrested Wednesday

Galveston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; a Galveston mixed martial arts fighter has been charged with murder in a shooting death last year.

Galveston police say; Ralph "Plexin Texan" Garcia Jr. was arrested on Wednesday as he was training at the Combat Sports Institute in the island.
