Lufkin, Tx — Three teenagers have been taken into custody for allegedly engaging in organized criminal activity overnight.
A little after midnight Thursday, Lufkin officers busted three young men burglarizing vehicles in the Crown Colony neighborhood on the 400 block of Champions Drive.
Police arrested and booked into the Angelina County Jail Javoski Bogan, 17, Taurus T. Roberson, 18, and Xavier Shelvin, 17. A fourth suspect dodged police, but has been identified and a warrant is out for his arrest. That person's name has not been released at this time.
All four are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. Their bond is set at $50,000 each.
According to Lufkin police reports, the alleged burglars stole items ranging from portable DVD players to clothes and jewelry.
