(CNN) -- Ann Romney's plane made an emergency landing in Colorado on Friday, a spokeswoman from Mitt Romney's presidential campaign tweeted.
"All okay. Thank goodness," the spokeswoman, Andrea Saul, wrote on Twitter.
The cabin of the plane apparently filled with smoke, according to a campaign aide. Romney's plane was headed to California but landed in Denver, where it was met with emergency vehicles on the runway.
Ann Romney was near Omaha, Nebraska earlier Friday.
