Houston, TX — Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered early Monday morning inside the trunk of a car found in a ditch in northeast Houston.
The man was found about 4 a.m. by a passing motorist who was looking through the car possibly for something to steal, the Houston Police Department said. The motorist was with a woman and a baby.
The man told police when he found the gold-colored car at 12800 Nimitz near Normandy, it was running with the windshield wipers on. He told police he took the keys out of the ignition and opened the trunk to find the body.
