Employees talk of breathing second-hand smoke

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; to smoke, not to smoke or where to allow smoking at grounds of the Angelina County Courthouse were the questions facing county commissioners during their Tuesday meeting in Lufkin.
