ANGELINA COUNTY — Three men were arrested on Tuesday afternoon after allegedly stealing railroad property.
It happened on the 700 block of North First Street in Lufkin around 4:30pm.
According to Lufkin police reports, a train towing chain valued at $2,000, along with two buckets of rail anchors and tie plates, were stolen from the railroad site.
Ray Garcia, 50, LP Lewis, 53, and Edwardo Reyes, 45, were taken into custody and booked into the Angelina County Jail.
They are charged with Theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000.
