Tyler, TX — We are working hard to live our best life today, when we should be thinking about retirement.
Many people are wondering how am I going to retire.
"Saving for retirement, you are essentially creating your own pension," says Chris Hazelip, Financial Advisor, at Edward Jones.
A 2012 survey by Pew Research Center survey finds 38 % of U.S. adults say they are worried and not too confident that they will have a big enough nest egg.
That number is up from 25% than 2009.
49% percent of those ages 35- 44.
So ask yourself...
"Where would you like to go? set a vision," says Chris Hazelip, Financial Advisor, at Edward Jones.
Hazelip provides five important questions.
1.) Where am I today?
2.) Where would I like to be?
3.) Can I get there?
4.) How do I get there?
5. )How can I stay on track?
"You need to carve off a portion of today's income for the future," says Chris Hazelip, Financial Advisor, at Edward Jones.
Given the continuing hard economic times.
