Tyler, Texas — Nao is a super high-tech humanoid robot that was granted to the University of Texas at Tyler for research and education in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
Nao has a message for our KETK viewers, he explains what he does:
Nao says, "Hello KETK viewers my name is NAO and I help students learn science, math and engineering, I live at the University of Texas at Tyler and my possibilities are limitless. I am helping students learn all around the globe."
Nao can speak different languages, tell jokes, dance and do advanced math problems. He is used as an education tool around the country to help students at the college level with programming and coding. But NAO is also used at Middle and Elementary Schools to engage students in math lessons, and more.
