Taylor Swift to co-host Grammy nominations concert with LL Cool J

(CNN) — Taylor Swift will announce the Grammy nominations with veteran host LL Cool J, the Recording Academy announced on Monday.

With 12 nominations and six wins under her belt, Swift is no stranger to the "countdown to music's biggest night." The singer-songwriter also helped LL Cool J host the first ever Grammy nominations concert in 2008.

Maroon 5 and Luke Bryan are slated to perform during the one-hour telecast, which will air live from Nashville on December 5. And additional guests will be announced soon.

The 55th Grammy Awards will air on February 10, 2013.
