Police there saw a car make a wrong turn on I-20.
It looked like the car police had been looking for, but with different plates.
"We don't know if they were stolen or belong to something else he owned," said Don Martin with Tyler Police. "It wasn't the plate we had put out to the nation that we were looking for. "
The driver tried to outrun police for a short time.
He was caught when we're told he drove down a dead end street and high centered the car on a driveway.
Police say Calvert had one gun in his lap and another in the back seat of the car.
Also in the back seat was Lucas Calvert.
