Explaining the Electoral College

Tyler, TX (KETK) — When we vote for the candidate we want to win the presidency, our votes aren't counted toward the candidate, but instead go to the Electoral College, which in turn votes for the candidate.

It's a process by which the country has always used to elect the Commander-in-Chief.
