Tyler, Texas — Stand Strong for Tyler claims voter fraud. Dr. Michael Daniels, the leader for this organization met with lawyers all day on Wednesday to discuss ways to contest the voter count in Smith County.
Daniels says, "The voter fraud that went on in Smith County last night, the voter fraud they they are alleging this morning that didn't happen and I know happened, because I talked to the people that it happened to."
He says he and Stand Strong for Tyler will always oppose alcohol and everything that comes with it.
But he says since this election he's had his plate full of other issues to tackle. He plans on taking this to court.
He says he wants answers from the county, "I want someone to justify why dead people can vote and why people can vote three and four times,"
