Obama administration continues to call Fort Hood shootings: "workplace violence."
Tyler — Three years ago, this week; alleged gunman Nidal Hassan opened fire on the base at Fort Hood. 13 people died, more than two dozen more were injured.
Now, 148 victims and relatives are suing the federal government alleging negligence by the defense department for avoiding legal and financial responsibility for the killings by referring to the shootings as "workplace violence" rather than as a terrorist attack."
