Concerns their products are hurting private sector
Tyler — More than 13-thousand federal prisoners, nationwide, work in some sort of prison factory. They produce military uniforms, office furniture, electrical parts.
Our government has these prisoner factories competing directly with privately owned business at a fraction of the cost.
