Tyler, Texas — Linda Davis, Grammy award-winning singer and song-writer, has graced the Country music world with her voice for decades. Davis grew up in Carthage, Texas and she says it's good to be home, "It makes me so happy to always have open arms when I come back to East Texas, I've never felt really that I've moved. My hearts always been here."
Davis has sang with Reba MacEntire, George Strait, Kenny Rogers, and many other country music mogules. She and her family are no strangers to country. Her husband Lang Scott is also a singer, and you may know her daughter, Hillary Scott from the very popular country music band, Lady Antebellum.
Bill Whyte, Lang Scott and Linda Davis all performed at Liberty Hall in Tyler, on Saturday.
