Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; small business owners in Angelina County affected by Hurricane Ike may soon apply for what could be a forgivable loan through a disaster recovery program.
The announcement of the new program was made by Walter Diggles, executive director of the Deep East Texas Council of Governments, during the organization’s board meeting in Livingston on Thursday.
