Time for "Your Turn." You comment on our stories, we listen. The topic today, more vandalism at an area park.
The Children's Park in Tyler, a place to remember loved one's lost. For some reason some people just keep tearing it up.
A thousand-dollars-worth of damage was done - this time.
As you can imagine, this park is personal for a lot of people.
People like David:
"We have a memorial stone for our son James, who passed in 2002. I cannot imagine any person being so low quality to vandalize such a park."
"We certainly enjoy this beautiful park. It is very peaceful to be in when remembering our beautiful daughter. We are sad to know that some individuals just don't get it."
"Tyler needs to put some video cams in a few of the parks etc. to keep track of what's happening," Dadeo suggests. "Wouldn't be as expensive as the clean-up after this kind of foolishness."
Understand, the views expressed on "Your Turn" aren't always those of the KETK newsroom or management.
