Tyler, Texas — If you're headed to the mall or anywhere finishing up that shopping at the last minute, you’d better bring your patience.
Last minute shopper, Sarah Trahan of Tyler describer her shopping experience, "It's a mad house, it's just there are people everywhere."
The weekend before Christmas, stores always crank up their Christmas sales. 30, 50 even 80% off at some stores, but is it worth the headache?
Some shoppers say no, Trahan says, "I don't think so it stresses me out, and I get claustrophobic, and I'm sweating and it's just not worth the hassle."
Shopper Mary Brown says, "It's beyond crazy. I'm like sweating in places that I don't need to be sweating."
But, besides the sweaty shoppers some people don't mind a little perspiration to get a good bargain.
Sarah Haddon, shopper says, “Right now is the best time to shop. because there's a lot more sales."
Some don't mind the madness inside the mall but, what about the parking?
Trahan says, "Parking is awful."
Another shopper tells KETK "I think I've seen three fender benders already and I’ve been out for about an hour." and don't forget your walking shoes, one shopper tells KETK she had to walk four miles to get to the mall.
